What you’ll actually do
You’ll meet with homeowners after storms or visible damage, guide them through inspections, help them file claims when needed, and walk them through the process of getting a quality roof, using the best materials in the industry.
You’ll manage the job from inspection to build, with training, structure, and mentorship behind you.

We’re a commission-based company, which means you control your income.
We offer training pay to help you ramp up, and after that, the sky’s the limit.
You don’t need roofing experience. We’ll train you with the best tools and systems in the industry
Our Project Managers earn $75K–$125K+ once they’re moving
